Room Reservations

A block of rooms has been secured for Wednesday, June 5 through Saturday, June 8, 2024. Reservations must be secured by Wednesday, May 15, 2024 to ensure availability and the reduced conference rate of $345.00 (plus tax) per night. The group rate includes complimentary standard basic wireless internet access in guest rooms and use of the health & fitness center.

• A one-night room and tax deposit must be submitted at the time of making the reservation(s) or the room will not be confirmed. This deposit for individual reservations may be made by credit card, cash, cashier's check, money order or wire transfer.
• Individual cancellations prior to 72 hours in advance of the arrival date (3:00pm, MST), will result in a refund of the one-night deposit.
• Individual cancellations after 72 hours in advance of the arrival date (3:01pm, MST), will result in a charge equal to 100 percent of the revenue for the entire reserved stay.
• Group rates offered 3 days pre or post contracted dates, based on availability.

• The group code will not allow special reservation requests (pre/post nights or upgraded room categories); these must be made by need to be made over the phone.
